Project Description: Vortex Engineering & Architecture provided everything from the land development application with the City of Grand Junction, all the way through site and building design-work for this 16-acre development along the newly developed 24 Road corridor.  The development included the design of all roads, grading and infrastructure for the 7 proposed lots in this subdivision.
