Project Description: Vortex Engineering & Architecture Inc. provided all site planning and site engineering for the popular fast-food restaurant located on 24 ½ Road, next to Mesa Mall. The site engineering included a complicated circulation challenge of providing required parking numbers along with a customer drive-through, and pedestrian access all on a tight site. The design work also included site grading, utilities and connections to the city’s services.
