Glenwood Electrical Operations Center

Project Name: Glenwood Springs/Garfield County EOC

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Services: Government and Institutional Architecture

This 15,000 SF is comprised of 11 fleet vehicle storage bays and a two-story office area. The building structure is a pre-engineered steel building designed and detailed to work with the city’s design guidelines for river-front properties. The building sits on concrete grade beams supported by a micropile foundation due to collapsible soils.
