Project Description: This project, located on 13 acres in north Grand Junction, was fully designed and engineered by Vortex Engineering & Architecture. The 48,000 SF facility includes office and distribution spaces while sitting on a property that was engineered to accommodate and allow safe access for tractor trailer vehicles, employee parking and pedestrian circulation.
