Single level contemporary house. 3,000 SF house, plus two-car garage, located outside of Glenwood Springs, in the Elk Springs development.

This custom house is located on 7 acres of land directly facing Mt. Sopris. The houses main design goal was to organize the house so that all major spaces within would be oriented to maximize the stunning views of Mt. Sopris and all neighboring mountain ranges.
