Smith Estates Subdivision – Civil Engineering

Project Description: This residential subdivision includes 36 sizeable rural lots, bordered on all sides by other rural residences and agricultural lands.  Vortex Engineering & Architecture was involved in the early stages with surveying and platting of the project, and then continued with the development of the project by designing vehicular and pedestrian circulation, grading, drainage and all utilities throughout the property.
