Project Description: Proposed development of the site consists of approximately 10 filings with 238 plus/minus single-family units and 1 commercial parcel.  All aspects of this residential sub-division, from survey, platting, design of roads, grading and utilities were inclusive of the design work done by Vortex Engineering & Architecture
