10,500 SF building additon to exissting building located in Fruita, Colorado.

The Lower Valley Fire District proposed to replace the existing fire station by updating the building and site which provides better access for parking and increased functionality. The new design allows all emergency vehicles to be stored inside while providing additional floor area for offices and a conference room. The second floor was added and includes such spaces as sleeping quarters, kitchen, dining,laundry and day rooms.
